The data you provide is used solely to deliver and improve the virtual try-on experience. This includes generating try-on previews, remembering preferences, and ensuring service quality.

All personal data — including Try-On images, clothing selections, and metadata — is encrypted during upload (via HTTPS) and while stored. We host data on trusted infrastructure providers who are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and data security.

Only systems necessary to deliver your virtual try-on experience have access to this data. No third parties (besides secure service providers involved in image processing or hosting) can view or access it.

Try-On images are permanently deleted within 72 hours of upload unless you opt in to save them. This deletion is automatic and applies whether or not the try-on session is completed. Other personal information is retained only as long as required to fulfill your request or meet legal obligations.

You have the right to request access to your data, correct inaccuracies, delete content, or export your information. These rights vary by location (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and we honor them as required. Contact us at the email below to submit a request.

Virtuwear is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verified parental consent. If we become aware of such data, we delete it promptly.
