By accessing or using Virtuwear, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.

All purchases made through Virtuwear are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, one-time payments, subscriptions, and any digital services rendered.

Due to the digital and automated nature of our offerings — including image processing and rendering — we do not provide refunds for any reason, including accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with results, or forgotten subscription renewals.

If you are subscribed to a recurring plan, you are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling it before the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of your next billing period to avoid being charged.

By completing a purchase or subscribing to a plan, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Virtuwear provides a virtual try-on service that allows you to upload images for styling previews. You must use the service for lawful, non-commercial personal use only and in accordance with all applicable laws.

You retain ownership of any content (such as images of yourself or clothing) you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and display it solely for the purpose of providing you the try-on service.

All discarded images from try-ons are deleted within 72 hours and are not used for training AI models or shared with third parties, except secure providers that support image processing under data agreements.

All Virtuwear content — including logos, interface design, and software — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

We may use third-party APIs or hosting services to deliver parts of our functionality (such as image rendering). These partners do not retain your content beyond the processing window and are bound by confidentiality and data protection requirements.

Virtuwear is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the service, including image generation inaccuracies or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior, without prior notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Virtuwear after updates means you accept the new terms. The effective date of the most recent version is posted at the top of the page.
